Even more people in Hampshire are now taking up this offer – simply ring your GP and ask for your health check. It costs nothing and is easy to arrange. As long as you don't already have a heart condition, diabetes or high blood pressure you can book in.  You are able to book a health check once every 5 years.  

Please contact us on 01264 810524 to book.  You will be booked a blood test first followed by the NHS Health Check appointment.   Please allow a minimum of 3 working days between your blood test and your Health Check appointment.   You will be given the results of your blood tests during your appointment.
