There are many agencies providing a variety of different care, from home help - assistance with cleaning, clothes washing and other household tasks, to live in carers who provide daily personal care.  If you want a recommendation for a local agency we would encourage you to speak to neighbours and friends.  

You can also do an internet search for local care agencies.   Please check that the agency is CQC registered.   Agencies will want to arrange an assessment visit to discuss the support you are looking for.   It may help you to have a relative or friend with you for this assessment.   Please remember that it is important you ask for the support you need and share with the agency what is important to you.
